Mr. Chen was previously the underwriter of engineering risks at Union Insurance Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen applied, on behalf of Wilson Re Group, for the establishment of Wilson Re Taiwan as the license holder in 2005. Mr. Chen manages Wilson Re's non-marine retail and wholesale business.
